Study done to measure the amount of "fitness" families are getting with the Wii Fit. I enjoy Wii fit, but I was always fairly skeptical of the "results". What do you think about the Wii fit?

My family has one of these wii fit things and I personally think it doesnt do anything...my advice its called a treadmill or running outside or eating right. That is of course unless you want to play it to laugh at your friends who do really stupid motions that cant be good for you.
